Swapping our 4 x 4’s for snowmobiles the team of 10 veterans lived in a wood cabin deep in the heart of the Swedish countryside with no running water or electricity. Travelling up to 100km a day with temperatures averaging around minus 20! The team worked really well together and bonded straight away. Everyone found the scenery, challenge and hard work made them feel great. Adventure therapy!
