Our team leaders are trained in Mental Health First Aid by the Eleos Partnership.
As veterans themselves, our Team Leaders are stepping up to lead our expeditions and support the veterans that take part in them. It is only right that we look to equip them with the knowledge and skills that they will need to remain adaptable and are able to respond to provide support in some of the remote places that we travel to.
The course builds confidence in our team leaders to “provide effective support to team members” and to “minimise the longer-term impact of poor mental health.
